About us:
Here at VIP Complete Pet Care, your dog will be treated to a one-of-a-kind facility. Inside the building, your dog will have a comfortable 5'x5' area to relax in true central air conditioning or heating, depending on the season. They will have a bed, at least one toy provided, and soft music playing 24 hours a day.
If your pal feels the need to go outside, he need not say anything. Every kennel has direct access to his or her own covered 15'x5' outdoor run. Here they can feel free to do their business without having to ask permission or sit next to it until cleaning time.
Each kennel is equipped with an automatic watering system (no bowls to tip over or go dry). When the system senses the level in your dog's dish is getting low, it fills the bowl automatically!
Every employee here at VIP, is a lover of all things four legged, and furry! No matter your pets needs, we are here to help, and provide the most comfortable stay possible!

​I love this place! Everyone at VIP is very knowledgeable, caring, kind and trustworthy. My fiancé and I leave during the... weekends often and we feel confident leaving our 2 babies at VIP to be cared for. They never come home feeling extra hungry or thirsty or smell like feces or urine. The kennels are always clean during drop off and pick up. It's the best place for our babies in Del Rio. :) Thanks VIP!
We have used them many times for our two dogs and they are always very healthy and clean when we pick them up. The staff is very nice and seem to be GREAT with the animals. I love that I can have my dogs groomed right before we pick them up! I highly recommend them!
I love this place! It is clean, it has wonderful people who really care about animals. I never worry about my dog when he's here and it is a great price!
